“ I spent 9 days in Cabo. On the 4th day, we went on a taco tour and this was our first stop. We went back every. single. day until the end of the trip. Best carnitas tacos I’ve EVER eaten. I’ll fly 6 hours to get more again. ”
“ Saw a big line of local people for take out, so we went in. Fantastic food, great pork with big portions and very reasonable prices. Definitely a good lunch choice for all meat lovers. ”
“ Found Los Michoacanos through a Google review. It’s off the Main Street, a bit of a walk and well worth it. You’re greeted at the open air restaurant by the family. We ordered the carnitas to go and got everything packed up and easy to carry. It was enough for 3 meals and everything was DELICIOUS. I was on the hunt for chicharrones and they had the best reviews on Google but they didn’t have any on this particular day. I did however get the freshest most golden, shiny with oil pork rinds I’ve ever had in my life. And fresh pork rinds were on my list of must try. The young man was cracking off a big piece for me like breaking off pieces of precious stones and kept giving me more and I had to say, “wow! thank you, that’s plenty”. We went on a weekday in the afternoon kind of between meals so it was empty and we had a great time. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you ”
“ We had a torta de carnitas which was very good. The chicharron was also very good. Try the red salsa it’s very hot but good ”
“ Cheap, Authentic, Tasty, very Friendly! Loved it ”
“ Delicious food with attentive and friendly staff. Will be back as often as possible. ”
“ Delicious. Came on a monday and it was 2x1 tortas which made it even more of a deal. Very good carnitas. ”
“ Just one of those places that you happen upon by accident and can't believe that you were so lucky. They have lots of items on the menu but the tacos al pastor are the biggest thing. They were "out" of gorditas. Anyway, you walk past the woman making the tortillas fresh and the giant window full of roasted pig to sit at a little table by the bar. Service was quick and friendly with one order of two-for-one tacos and a Topo Chico to share as a quick snack. They were so good we ordered it again. We ate while watching a guy pack up meat for take away, sold by the kilo. One customer walked with at least 5 kilos to sell from his own shop. Total bill 130 pesos plus tip. Stop being a tourist and go find this place! ”
